Following the Skinny Bitch admonition, I have disciplined myself to a fresh organic fruit smoothie every morning.
Currently, I am sipping on a combination of:
Strawberries
1 Kiwi
Green Grapes
1 Avocado
1 Mandarin Orange
2 Blood Oranges
Coconut Water
Soy Milk

I have them all the time in the summer... in the winter I'm usually too cold.

So@24 - when I walked into the salon with my smoothie yeaterday, they mentioned that it looked like barf in a glass. Does this give you a visual?
I am a firm believer in the emotional benefits of eating comfort foods. Unfortunately, much of what I find to be comforting is not really healthy. I think I will go eat an apple now.
